Application Notes

• Brushing Technique: Formulated ready for brush application. To achieve the smooth, fully saturated taupe effect seen on the reference sample, applying 3 even coats onto a white ceramic earthenware clay body is ideal.
• The Opaque Advantage: Thanks to its opaque glaze formulation, it completely masks the underlying body and minimizes brush strokes, creating an incredibly smooth surface. This characteristic ensures a highly uniform finish, especially on wide flatware and large forms.
• Underlying Clay Body Effect: Colors appear at their cleanest and most ideal pastel tone on white ceramic clays. On different clay colors (especially dark or grogged stoneware bodies), the glaze's character may shift into a more smoky, mystical brown tint.
• Preparation: To ensure that the gold-brown pigments are homogeneously distributed across the substrate and dry smoothly without leaving brush marks, please mix the product thoroughly before use.
