Arabian soap is thoroughly mixed with water to dissolve completely. This solution is used as an effective separator for plaster processes.
If foaming occurs when soap arabic is mixed with water, 2-3% vegetable oil or diesel oil is added. Mix well until the mixture becomes homogeneous. The prepared Arabian soap solution is then applied as a thin layer on the surface of the model with a thin brush or sponge. Arabian soap covers the surface of the model, forming a waterproof film layer and prevents the plaster from sticking to the model. By giving shine on the surface, it makes it easier to mold the models. When taking molds of delicate models, a layer of vegetable oil on top of the Arabic soap provides an additional benefit. Arab soap can also be applied to other areas such as the casting area and mold frames to prevent the plaster from sticking.
